Welcome to the course on mind and spirituality from the perspective of Maharishi Ayurveda! In this course, we will explore the structure and function of the mind within the Ayurvedic vision, delving into the link between mind and spirituality.
Maharishi Ayurveda considers the mind as one of the fundamental pillars of health and well-being. According to this view, the mind is a dynamic, interconnected entity that plays a crucial role in our experience of life and in our search for meaning and spiritual fulfillment.
Through the perspective of Maharishi Ayurveda, we will explore the structure of the mind and its functions. We will study key concepts such as psychic constitutions and how these influence mental characteristics, moods and the way we perceive the world.
We will also explore the concept of “Sattva”, which represents a state of balance and mental clarity. We will discover how to increase the full potential of Sattva through the integrated approach of Maharishi Ayurveda Methodologies to promote optimal mental well-being and a deep connection with our inner spirituality.
Throughout the course, we will also explore the importance of Consciousness and Meditation as fundamental tools for understanding and stabilizing the mind.
If you are interested in exploring the deep connection between mind and spirituality and want to discover how Maharishi Ayurveda can enrich your understanding of both, this course is an opportunity not to be missed.
The lessons begin by exploring quotations on the mind and spirituality from Vedic Literature, and mainly develop knowledge of the structure and function of the mind according to Vedic knowledge.
